Vanessa is an experienced Accountant with over 30 years of expertise providing comprehensive financial services to both individuals and businesses. Her background includes preparing financial statements, managing human resources tasks, and overseeing full-cycle accounting operations. She is highly skilled in accounts payable and receivable management, payroll processing, and the preparation and filing of quarterly and annual tax returns. With a strong analytical approach, Vanessa consistently identifies cost-saving opportunities and improves financial efficiency for the organizations she supports.

Kailyn is a detail-driven Bookkeeper who keeps the numbers in line and the process running smoothly. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business with dual minors in Human Resources and Accounting—but she’s just as comfortable on the softball field as she is behind a spreadsheet. When she’s not balancing books, Kailyn is likely playing softball or helping her daughter’s team, soaking up the sunshine at the beach or spending time outdoors. She loves spending time with her friends and family.

Rene enjoys quiet moments—relaxing at the beach, exploring the hill country, starting the day with coffee and a good book, and cherishing meaningful conversations with family.

Tyler is a Chemical Engineering grad with a side quest in Biomedical Engineering, who somehow found his way into the world of accounting at Baniakas and Associates—where he spent 1.5 years mastering numbers just as well as molecules. When he’s off the clock, Tyler turns into a culinary experimenter, whipping up new recipes, baking treats, and planning his next travel adventure. Whether he’s exploring a new city or experimenting with a new dish, Tyler brings the same curiosity, creativity, and positive energy to his work—ensuring clients always feel supported, understood, and well taken care of.
